I would love to see "Last of the Mohicans" (Michael Mann version) in High Def. It has some spectacular scenes that would look terrific spruced up. Has anyone heard when or if it will be released in a high def format /Blu ray?

I haven't heard anything yet. That's a FOX title, who has indicated recently they are really gearing up this year and next to pump up the Blu-ray content.

Note: some movies on Blu-ray are released outside of North America first, and if 'region-free' (unlocked), can be imported to view on your player. Most Region B & C Blu-ray releases are indeed 'region-free' (but not all - especially some of the NEW titles by Fox). To regularly check on these non-N.A. titles which occasionally get released first, BOOKMARK THIS SITE.
