What a deal, hand in your HD DVD player, then add more cash than you payed for the HD DVD player in the first place on top of it, and you get a low end profile 1.0 Blu player to show for it.

Oh yea, you have to go back and re-purchase all of the movies in Blu Ray as well.

Really great deal, if they ever bring it to the US and Canada, I'm sure the Sheeple will be lining up to take advantage of that one.....

I mean really... did Switzerland give THAT MUCH BOX OFFICE GROSS for Spider Man?

It also includes six movies, so it's not that bad of a deal. I wouldn't do it personally though.

VideoCipher, you cry entirely too much. At least a profile 1.0 plays movies and at least you're getting something. And alot of early adaptors payed more than $190 for their first HDDVD players. I thought that you had a PS3...oh that's right you've had 2 that did'nt work.
