so the only thing that left for the 360 is that the revenue they made is bigger than the other 2,and bthats because thay released first their "console"...
lol,now if the ps3 get a price cut thats similar like this they can say goodbye and to the EU market after japan afterall it's been outsold from everyone the last months.

Now this might just be me...... but doesn't more revenue then "the other 2" mean as a product its more successful? So if it is "the only thing left for the 360", i don't think microsoft and game developers are complaining.
And besides, the 42% market share refers not only to console sales, but to games and accessories, to which the 360 beats 'the other 2' hands down. Now of course this can be attributed to the fact that the 36O was released first...... but why is that a bad thing........ the point still remains the have 42% of the market.............
And yes, the PS3 may catch up, and eventually overtake the 36O...... but there needs to be lot more then one price cut to catalyse the trends........

That’s interesting there... it's not hard to outsell the competitor by 10k units when the competitor has admitted having difficulties getting enough units out for supplying retailers, as of the beginning of March the 360 units sales have gone back up to the normal and have been outselling the PS3 yet again, Microsoft’s system was in short supply till about mid way through February.

i think you will see the PS3 gaining more ground towards Christmas this year. i have one, but only have 1 game for it, which i NEVER play. I use my 360 for gaming. my wife and daughter use the PS3 to play Guitar hero online, and that's about it. They are amazing at that game and play on Expert level, and I play a REAL guitar and get my ass whooped at it, go figure!!!

For games the XBOX 360 has the PS3 beat by many lengths. Mainly because of exclusive titles and the best online experience in the industry with XBOX Live. The amount of free playable demos and trial versions of arcade classics is worth the price of the machine alone. So many hours of free content compared to what you can download from The Playstation Network.

I own both and use my XBOX 360 for games and the PS3 is currently being used for Blu-ray playback only.

However, price cuts are good. If Sony feel the pressure from the XBOX they might follow with price cuts on the Playstation 3 giving us cheaper Blu-ray players.

Is there an actuall moderator here to move threads where they belong?

Xbox is good.
