I know this has been covered before but I could not find the thread. Are all HDMI cables capable of running 1080p? If so where can I find a good 19-22 ft cable for less than a $250 monster cable?

I would suggest eBay. That's where I picked up one recently for like six dollars. Granted, it was much shorter than the one that you are looking for, but they probably have them. Just check out the descriptions.

Amazon.com had some cheap ones as well. And they work every bit as good as my acoustic research cord

The 20' BJC Series-1 Belden Bonded-Pair HDMI cables are only $60.50 and CTS 1.3b1 certified and CM rated:

Specifications here: http://www.bluejeanscable.com/store/hdmi-cables/series1spec.pdf

If it were 10' or less, I'd just go for monoprice cables. But 20' or over, I'd start thinking about quality particularly for semi-permanent or permanent solutions. I have the 25' Belden cable from my receiver to my front projector. Avoid "Monster" cables they refuse to even publish their specifications or certification test results and are a rip off IMO as far as pricing goes.
