Oh yeah, you PS3 owners can get vibrating controllers too now.

My regular PS3 controller used to vibrate at certain points in Blu-ray movies. But then I decided to store it away instead of keeping it on top of my sub.

I've said PS3's lack of BC with PS2 defines it as a product and a project.

PS3 is also apparently not compatible with Sony execs look how many of them it has bricked. It seems no one from the PS dev staff has survived. So many have been canned (apparently due to PS3) that we can now safely say it is not BC with recent Sony execs. Its outrageously hilarious. The real introduction of BD (much delayed) just took place and the Japanese market welcomed PS3 by handing it a 4x defeat in that month at the hands of a cheap console that doesn't even have a DVD, made, no less, by last generation's loser. Of coarse the Xbox was the loser everywhere but in The US.

BD Live is just a gimmicky name for extra features, it can't compare to Xbox Live. You can compare PSN and Xbox Live, Xbox Live wins hands down.

Now having said all that I think that BD live will be better than the features on HD-DVD.

A better comparison with XBOX Live would be HOME for the PS3 which isn't out yet.

Let's not forget the Playstation network is FREE. While XBOX Live has less lag and such you do have to pay for it.

I don't understand these Home comparisons either, maybe I should read more about it. Home looks like a stupid Sims stlye game, its a virtual myspace no? Folding@Home is also stupid, do people really believe that massive corporations like Sony give a damn about diseases? I bought game systems to play games not cure diseases. Wii60 FTW!

Home = Second Life.

I am confused. xbox live is something that lets people play video games online. Blu-ray live lets you use bonus content on Movies. What do these have in common? I have xbox live for games like call of duty 4. When will the PS3 online gaming not suck?

It won't! Not until they get a clue and start charging a fee (which can be used to improve the service) and weed-out the people who aren't serious gamers by keeping the welfare-sucking people from clogging their networks!!!

If there were really good games out for the PS3 (there only about 2 that are exclusive and worth playing), AND if their on-line [gaming] service cost a fee (I would rather pay for good service than have crappy service that's free)... I would have already gotten a PS3!

Also... if Sony starting charging for PSN... it would shut-up those yahoos on XBOX Live who keep touting (usually on their gamer motto) "make xbox live free!"

Doesn't Nintendo charge a fee for their Wii gaming service?
