Just wanted to say "Happy Easter" to all. Tell me what you have done or have planned out for the day:

Anyone color eggs or do an Easter egg hunt?
Anyone go to church or mass today?
Anyone have any family traditions for the day?
Anyone get their kids Easter baskets?
And the most important question, solid chocolate Easter bunny or hallow?
Oh, and anyone get any "Peeps"?

Every year my wife organizes an easter egg hunt that usually involves 25 to 40 kids at our house. And yesterday was no exception. A few other mothers accompany their kids to help supervise, often including Hindi and Muslim moms. It's funny to see kids of every color, ethnicity, and religious background imaginable, all with one goal on their mind - to find the egg outside in our yard with the BIG prize! Even with this Pagan ritual, I don't think we've ever had a kid held back from this event by their parents on religious grounds.

We colored eggs the then entire family joined had an egg hunt at my mother in-law's house. We had "linner" (lunch/dinner) and then played different games all day. It was fun!

Actually Kuco, it's a Christian Holiday and celebrated all over different parts of the world. American's have a way of masking what the holiday is truly about with all their Pegan rituals, as I'm sure other places in the world do the same. And don't even get me started on Christmas!
