When Will Ghibli Go Blu?

Does anyone know when Studio Ghibli (Spirited Away, My Neighboor Totoro, etc) start releasing their films on Blu-Ray? I haven't seen all of their movies yet -- but I know that all of them are worth buying without ever seeing -- and I want to hold off on buying them until they are released in HD. I have a very small SDVD collection (less than 20, not counting my Chinese bootlegs) so I figure that I might as well start building my HD collection.
