For the Canadians on here I went by Rogers Video tonight and they have all their HD DVD's for $16.99 plus tax of course. If you have one of those 10% off coupons even better.

I picked up Beowulf. It looks spectacular in HD.

By the way I went to Jumbo video today and they are selling their previously viewed HD DVD's for $14.99 plus tax. I picked up four but they have some pretty good titles that I already have so for others there are some good choices there.

I see that my local Blockbuster (Langley, Canada) has pulled all their HD DVD's and they are selling them used like Rogers. The price at this Blockbuster is a complete joke, they want $24.99 for almost all their titles except for one or two that are $19.99.

I was like, you want $25 for a USED HD DVD...I don't think so. If Rogers is selling at $15 that's not so bad IMO.

At least Blockbuster has now included HD DVDs in their Buy 2 get 1 Free sale. When they first put them out for sale, they were excluded. I got Hot Fuzz, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and MI3 for $40. Not bad.
