Naw, movies are way to plenty to do that. If the price goes up at Amazon.com, there are literally hundreds of online retailers willing to capitalize on that i'm sure. There are likely still hundreds of thousands if not millions of HD DVD's floating around retailers still.
HTMarket.com where I just orderd the HD-A35 yesterday for $249 has raised the price on the players to $299. It's spreading!!!
