Yes, Walter Huston as the devil. Best devil of all time, just ahead of Al Pacino in "The Devil's Advocate."

Say, that might be a good idea for another thread: Best actors in the role of the devil: Nicholson, Pacino, De Niro, George Burns?

Tim... it's just opinions and fair criticism. How come you enjoy giving critical opinions here (for many years now), but seem to resent when others do the same to something you've said? I respect yours, Eddie's, and others opinions, and would expect the same from yourself about mine, whether we are in agreement or not.

So.... IMO American Beauty did not deserve the Oscar for Best Picture. Just an opinion, OK?

Return of the Jedi? Isnt that the one we have to blame for the current mess of so called "Star Wars" movies? "Couldnt the whole Han in carbonite thing played out a little better?" "Did you find Darth Vaders face to be appealing?" "Did you enjoy how BobaFett went out like a girly man?" "Yoda....just dying?" "Teddy bears whoopin up on stormtroopers?"...C'mon dude. It could have been much much better.

Star Wars! I saw it - IN THE THEATER, in 1977 - before it was known as "A New Hope" or as "Episode IV!" It was pristine, not a lick of CGI... and Greedo did NOT shoot first!!!

Woody Allen and his "Annie Hall" can kiss my ass. Star Wars was THE Best Picture of 1977!

No one has made a Sci-Fi movie as good as Star Wars (although, "The Empire Strikes Back" is right up there with Star Wars).
