DVD? "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull"

I've heard some buzz that "Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" may be released in Blu Ray - possibly toward the end of this year. Has anyone heard if it will be released in Standard DVD format? Also, does anyone know if it will be sold separately, or will we have to buy yet another "collector's set" to get it?

It's entirely too early to know what the plans. My guess is that Paramount will release it in a few different permutations:

Single Disc (Widescreen and Fullscreen)
Double Disc
Blu Ray

The already announced box set of the first three movies is coming to coincide with the premiere of KotCS, not with the DVD release at the holiday's. I can't see them releasing another box so soon.

Thanks, Jason. These days it seems every movie series has to release at least a few "collector sets", with varying features in each one. I hate to double dip unless it is for something really spectacular (but even then I hesitate. ) )

I agree with Jason in the different 'editions' of the movie when it's released in home video (whatever that means)...

However, a $22.99 'ultra-extreme-collector's-two-disc edition' is still not likeable by many of us...
