circuitcity.com has the hd-a3 for 79.99 plus free shipping. I don't have enough HD dvds to make it worthwhile to buy a backup player, but thought some of you may be interested.

Wal Mart stores have been selling the A3 for 78.99 for some time now. Thats if your local WM has any left.
