When you are out buying your favs, keep in mind that there are a good number of HD-DVD/SD-DVD combo discs out there that are actually cheaper than their SD-DVD only counterparts.

If you have an HD DVD player, who cares if it's a combo disc? You can get several HD titles for less than SD right now. I picked up Wyatt Earp and Fletch, and I checked the SD editions before I bought them. Both were several dollars less in HD.

I know what r-u-serious meant, his point was probably that, since HD-DVD/DVD combos are cheaper than their SD-DVD only counterparts (for SD-DVD only folks) it'll be better to buy the HD-DVD/DVD combos than the SD-DVD movie.

If retailers had actually stuck with their HD DVDs and sold them cheap, that would've helped a lot...

That is an excellent point! I'll keep my eye's open for that...
