I'm with you on this one LH. Dark City is one of my all time favorite movies. I'm curious to see how different the DC will be. It would be nice if the disc would have seemless branching like on CEOT3K, that way we could see both the original and the DC versions on the same disc. Maybe New Line will hook us up. Here is hoping that happens.

Thanks gvortex - an absolute must purchase on this great sci-fi classic (no rental this time). The 'dark' photography reveals a deep contrast (especially on plasma TVs). And the film has definite repeat viewing value. I own the SpEd DVD, and the Japanese import LaserDisc (widescreen), and now will now acquire this Director's Cut edition (w/15 extra minutes) on Blu-ray Hi-Def. Best price will probably be Amazon again (as usual).
