That's pretty cool but I'm sure it's got to cost a pretty penny! It kind of strikes me as a novelty item, as well (it's pretty cool, but at the same time a bit corny). Than again, no HD or Brooo-ray, what would be the point?

I saw this guy back at a dealer show!!! It is amazing! So lifelike, and funny as hell!

Yeah the going price at that time was around $8000, as a possible MSRP.

It says the purchase price is $2900. This is soooo cool and I am going to be very diligent in saving up for this awesome dvd projector. All I need is a Star Wars theme theater room and have R2-D2 roll out and play movies, and watch my friends turn green with envy.
