View profile »I've watched the first disk and I gotta say I was very impressed at the restoration. The new added FX looked good too, it all blended together seemlessly for me.
At first I was pissed with the idea that they would alter any of the cheesy special effects at all.
But having watched the first 4 discs, the remapped and redone special effects scenes look pretty darned good.
The only thing that bothers me is the fact that Kirk has a pink tinge and Spock has a green tinge...go figure
