I've had comcast for a couple years now at that speed. I do speed test occasionaly and will sometimes burst above 20 but usually stick to the 18 range. Hower I still do my phone from Vonage and my TV through Directv/ Antenna. I end up paying 130 a month for all three.

I guess it pays to NOT live in the Middle of Nowhere, TX... ...I can barely get ATT's DSL, much less 18mbps or FiOS...If I Can Dream...

2+ ADSL circuits are capable of 24mb's! When they go XDSL they will hit over 30mbs!
