I skipped this on tv, because I wanted to check it out one episode after another on the big screen. I am anxiously awaiting the day it comes out.

The show is alright but definitely not great. I love the terminator movies and this is just sub sub par compared to them. I know the budget is low but just because the ladies are hot doesn't mean the show will remain a success. You have to be a serious fan of Terminator like me to keep watching this one. How could they put out a dvd set when there are only a handful of episodes thus far. I hear there wont be any new episodes for quite a while.

Is that the girl from Serenity?

Anyways, I catched one or two episodes and it was ok...waiting for the DVD release.

Lena Headey(john connors mom) should get an academy award for her work early on in 300, lol. Shes got a natural beauty, not overly done plus the English accent works for me. She was in one of Wesley Snipes movies which wasn't too bad for a B movie.

Lena Headey is also sexy in this 2006 romantic comedy...

I don't know, I think I would've prefered a show with no terminator as a main character instead, a focus on Sarah Connor, and her ups and downs while trying to raise young John and older John...I mean, I don't want a terminator on the 'Sarah Connor Chronicles', I want a kinda biopic of Sarah Connor after The Terminator and T2...

Because of the Terminator (story) connection, and the attractive lead women actors, well, it's a must buy (on Blu-ray HI-DEF - yeah!)

Anyone found a cheap deal on the T2 Ultimate edition HD DVD? 40 dollars and higher is all I find.

Hendrix, what version of T2 SD DVD you have?

The few episodes I saw of this show were on FOX HD, so I think SD DVD is a step backwards for me... ...I guess not finding a Wii will finally make me buy a PS3 with the help of that $300 gift card...

Yeah, I did previously own the "Ultimate" edition of T2 (with all of the extras, originally paid $22), but sold it a few years ago ($33) since the transfer was improved with the cheaper ($9) Extreme edition DVD (and I have the SpEd content on the deluxe LaserDisc Box Set, as it features all the same bonus extras found on the Ultimate edition, including the Guns & Roses music video).

~ Ultimate edition of T2 (out-of-print)


~ Extreme edition of T2


~ (below) Rare Anamorphic LaserDisc of T2 (released in 1996 - very few LDs were released in anamorphic 16x9, which required a special LaserDisc player <scroll down to view pics)

I also own the Extreme Edition, which IMO, is a great A/V release (I still have doubts about the audio, but the video is great)...and at $7.50 (or $5.00 at wal-mart??) it is a great buy...
