Here in Canada on Bell express vu shows like Lost air at 7:00pm or different times on "The A Channel". With Bell it is called time shifting (kind of fitting). Anyways I just finished watching the episode. It was edge of the seat good. The best was Sun confronting her father, You'll see what I mean! This episode sets next weeks part 2 and 3 up very nicely. Lots of references to the number 6! No next week preview though!
I will leave it at that until others have seen it!

Hmmm...I haven't felt the rush this entire season. Maybe urgency to keep moving the story along because there are only two seasons left.
But yes, Ironbull, Sun buying up a majority interest in her father's company was priceless. It goes to show she did a lot of maturing in the 100 days on the island, learning how to survive from the best in the business. She is ensuring her own future as well as the child. Evidently, Sun won't be anyone's doormat any more.
I had a thought last night. We know the Oceanic Six were lying all season about no one else surviving. And the general idea has been everyone else is dead. What if Sawyer, Claire, Locke, Jin, Desmond and everyone else is still alive on the island and refused to leave for some reason? It would at least partially explain why Jack wants to go back so badly from the S3 finale-he now knows Claire is his half-sister and Aaron his half-nephew (?).
And the entire time on the freighter, I kept waiting for the thing to explode, killing both Jin and Desmond, making my above theory terribly wrong. Hasn't happened yet.
Dude! I was so fucking pissed off when the show cut to black just as all the characters were converging on the Orchid. Now we have to wait two weeks to see anything else...and another seven months for Season Five??????
Jason, better than Grey's + Betty + Housewives + CSI (all of them) + Law and Order (all 3)

What do you mean better than ALL of them together Jason??
Believe me when I say, it's Friday Night Lights, Nip/Tuck, LOST, and Desperate Housewives, the best in that order...
(obviously, shows still on air...oh, and you can get FNL for like $20 each season, lots of deleted scenes(good ones) and a couple of featurettes...)

No. Two more seasons left.
I think that Paik and now Sun's company are partnered with Widmore. Which could be interesting!!!!
I read an article with Jorge Garcia and he said in part two or three of the finale a big answer about last seasons finale will be revealed. (Person in the coffin revealed?).

I mean, Lost is better than all of those other shows I listed put together. Yes, I am serious. More thought, creativity and production work goes into one hour of Lost than the entire season of CSI: Lake Woebegone.
Jason, just starting to unpack from a min-vacation
