Help! Which TV should I buy

I am going to purchase an HD LCD TV. My two choices are between a SHARP AQUOS 42" 1080p LCD HDTV LC-42D64U and a SAMSUNG 40" 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV LN40A650. I have done some research and have read good things about both TVs. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me. I do not know a whole lot about HD TVs and this is an investment and I want to make sure I make a wise choice.
