Who would like to see a spin off movie about Short Round? I sure would. I loved that character in Temple of Doom. Maybe he grew up to be a kung-fu adventurer. He could be played by Jet Li. We could have a short cameo appearance by Harrison Ford. Maybe just a one line type of thing there to give a nod to the roots of the character. There could be all sorts of awesomeness in a movie like that! Fencing, fighting, chases, escapes, pirates, torture, true love!!! Uhm...hmmm...heard that somewhere before... Hmm...maybe I shouldn't be in charge of making movies! lol

I'm amazed he wasn't in Indy 3 or 4. Hey even Jar Jar had small appearances in Eps 2 and 3. I guess Steven is more in charge than George is. :p

Not as annoying as this guy . . .

I didn't like Short Round, not so much that he was annoying but he really didn't fit in with the darker nature of Temple of Doom.

I thought he was a good contrast to the rather dark situation Indy found himself in. Besides, without Short Round, wouldn't Indy still be enslaved to Mola Ram? Without Short Round we'd have no Last Crusade or Crystal Skulls!

Anyways, the Jet Li thing would've been good for a new Indy movie, not a spin-off, I didn't care for the kid, he was annoying, obnoxious...heck, he was in an Indiana Jones movie!!
