Spoonard a lot of people like myself couldn't care less about profile 2.0...I just want to watch the movie, 90% of the extras offered, especially online are of zero interest to me.

the only reason I care about 2.0 is because of the extra space memory or what ever its called on the player, that some one on here mentioned. I would hate for it to become necessary to have and not have it. But then again would it ever become necessary? What is the memory for? I must say the ps3 with the built in wifi is where its at. Will more players have wifi? the $99.00 netflix box has wifi. We are in a wifi age. No one wants cords running all over the house.

So is this 250 player good then since it is basicaly a brand name? and which looks better the Magnavox or insignia?

UPDATE...

Best Buy adds $100 bonus!

> Best Buy's Insignia NS-BRDVD Blu-ray deck - now with $100 in movie coupons

For those maintaining that $349.99 for an Insignia Blu-ray player is still too pricey, how's about this deal? Best Buy is now offering a $100 Coupon Book right in the box of its newly released NS-BRDVD, and while there could very well be a score of $5 coupons in there, we do know that it'll provide "instant savings on a great collection of Blu-ray Disc movies from Disney, Touchstone and Miramax." It should be noted that the book is included regardless of whether the unit is purchased in-store or online, but the actual coupons within can only be redeemed in a brick-and-mortar location.
