this year i have cleared it with the mrs that my little girl (3yrs old) can get me 2 hd hvds (with my money naturally!). So the question is what do you think are the must own hd dvd's before they all disapear?

i am thinking of Batman begins & Superman returns, but i already have them on dvd, but they are both cracking movies that i am sure will be worth it on HD DVD.

please post your suggestions...........

Get something SHE can watch, like The Polar Express, or the Grinch, etc.

I picked up Superman Returns previously viewed three days ago at the local Rogers Video for $7.99.

Agreed Steve. Get something your daughter can watch also. Polar Exporess, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride, Planet Earth: The Complete Collection, Shrek the Third and Stardust (she'll probably love this one and you will probably like it too) to name a few.

All of those look GREAT on HD DVD.

i already have Corpse Bride (DVD), Stardust (HD DVD) & Charlie & Choc Factory (DVD). I watched Shrek 3 on the plane last time we went to Thailand and i thought it was very poor and Polar Express is not my cup of tea!

many thanks for the ideas though.

my plan now is probably to get 2 HD DVDS and get my litttle girl a DVD (probably Bee Movie)
