The more I see about this move, and the more little featurettes I see about it the more excited I am to see it. I think it has a good premise, I like Will Smith, and I like super hero movies. It's a triple whammie!

It does look good from the trailer. Some funny moments too. I watched I Am Legend again last week and this week I watched I, Robot...Will Smith is getting really good at this stuff.

I just hope the Hancock trailers didn't show all the good stuff cause I've been burned by trailers before.

Will Smith has come along way since his Hip Hop no strong language days in Philly with Jazzy Jeff.

It looks pretty dumb IMO. I thought Will was trying to make up for that crappy Hitch movie. He did good with I Am Legend, but I dunno about Hancock.

This is true. Variety is always good.

Would that be the same romantic comedy that got a positive rating from the nation's critics at Rotten Tomatoes, a positive rating from the public at IMDb, and made $178,000,000 at the box office?

Maybe Smith should do a musical next. Every action-movie fan knows that musicals are crappy. Then they'd really have something to complain about.

John,

I hope you're not implying that ANY of those factors have any correlation with the quality of the film.

Chris,

I should have added that I saw the movie in a theater and enjoyed it.

I thought that Hitch was actually pretty gross, with a horrible negative vibe surrounding it, the whole 'coach' thing for me is just sad, just not enjoyable...it doesn't mean the movie is good...

And Hancock? It reminds me of stupid/annoying Juno...and yes, smart girls DO get pregnant...
