I know its been half a year but has the framing issue been completely resolved or are there still faulty discs in circulation?

there are prolly faulty discs still in circulation. if you get a bad copy, then you'll have to contact disney about a replacement.

i got this disc for free, back when i got my ps3 in jan.

i have notopened it, since i got it cause the mrs wanted it. want me to throw it in and let you know tomorrow? either way as he said, they'll replace it if anything. so feel free
