PS3 Firmware 2.40 Warning.

Hi I know I said I was leaving - but thought I should alert PS3 owners to the fact that Firmware 2.40 has been pulled by Sony.

This is why I never update the firmware in my 60GB PS3 for at least a month (or more) after it's been released, tested, and reviewed on various forums. Same thing with Toshiba HD-DVD updates (for my 2 players - A1 and A35).

The problem is that if your a gamer who plays games online quite often... you have to update because it won't let you -sign in- without updating.

Good thing I stopped before installing the update, This looks very familiar:
