Ok, I saw this one yesterday. A little funnier than the other two comicbook hero films I've seen so far. It was fun, but probably not the effort of Iron Man and TDK. Nevertheless, it's a little different, a bit more silly and good enough to waste some time on summer break. The Daughter-o-meter and I give it a 7/10.

Certainly, the most visually appealing eye-candy superhero movie of the year...saw Hellboy Director's Cut yesterday, and fell in love more with the movie.

Hellboy II was superior to the original in almost every way. I can definitely see where that extra 40 million dollars went because the movie has a pretty epic feel to it. And the effects were incredible too. I can't wait to get this on Blu-ray.
