Poorly written article... very hard to figure out exactly what are the movies being released this week. Please forget the poor attempts at humor and clearly give me the facts. Thank you.

Hmm. I'd be curious if anyone else has this issue. Personally, I think anything with a blue link or in quotes is a dead give away for what's being released.

Besides, you can get a dry list of what's being released anywhere. Here you can hopefully laugh a little bit while you get the information.

Other opinions?

I will admit it was partially saved by Kate Beckinsale. But to elevate it to the level of "like"? Yeah, I don't think so.

The effects were awful, Hugh Jackman laughable, story beyond laughable...nothing more than a tie in from Universal for the last Mummy movie. Blech.

Jason, hey! I DO like my popcorn movies!

I hated Van Helsing! I remember when I did a review of it when I was a staff memeber here in the golden years. Since my parents are easily entertained by high paced CGI movies, I mailed it to them and told them to keep it.

It's not bad, it's just tedious, and I do own the regular edition with BB's extra DVD...which I have yet to see...

Nicely written article, but too many 'tie-in' alerts, we kinda get the whole marketing machine behind selling stuff...kinda...

EDIT: I would put movies in bold, just to make them stand out in the paragraph.

It was an attempt at being funny. Especially when I threw in the last one about Channing Tatum/Stop-Loss/GI Joe.

Jason, Tie-In...nah!
