Well to continue TDK hipe(which is well deserving), Yahoo.com is reporting from the rumor mill, that Johnny Depp may sign on to play The Riddler in the next Batman instalement. Yes I know it is from the rumor mill, however that would be very interesting if he does. They also report that if Nolan decides to tackle The Penguin, Phillip Seymore Hoffman has been mentioned to wear the TUX. An additional rumor, is that Catwomen may be the next choice and if so the names that have been passed around are Angelina (Pitt) Jolie, Jessica Biels and even Maggie Gyllenhaal. If that's true, I say bring back Michelle Pfeiffer, she rocked that part.

Ha Ha !!!! Thats is a first Jedi, you guys are always there before me. Anyways, I think that Depp would be a GREAT choice. And I am sure, he would research just like Ledger to play the part. Whoever plays whatever, they have some HUGE shoes to fill.

How can Maggie be Catwoman? She's Rachel, not Selina...

Anyway, I could see Johnny Depp as the Riddler. Hoffman could be a good Penguin, but I'd be concerned that a Penguin would actually be too outrageous of a villain.

Too bad they won't do Clayface. I'd love to see him in a live action movie.

Shatner as the Penguin would get my vote. And perhaps Howey Mandel as the Riddler would be a better choice.

What I would like to see developed is The Long Halloween into a movie. This is without a doubt, one of the best GRAPHIC novels ever written. I mean the story itself, is awesome, and this would be the perfect way to keep 2 Face in the picture due to the fact that the story introduces 2 Face.

IMO TDK was loosely based off of The Long Halloween.

I would expect the next installment to have shades of Dark Victory. Especially considering Two Face ends up in Arkham at the end of Halloween, and breaks out in the beginning of Dark Victory.
