I didn't have to pay! My friend didn't charge me for them. Theoretically I owe him about $10.
I saw the huge list of movies, he e-mailed me, and told me to keep the list under 10, due to customs...
Iron Man and Indiana Jones were on the list so naturally I picked them for Sh!t's and giggles!
I knew this was going to happen to some of them, but never thought this many would be bunk! Oh well, the joke is on me!

I have a horror story about buying a Yamaha HTR-6180 7.2 Ch Receiver on Ebay a few months back. I thought about posting on the transaction on here to warn other users but I was still pissed off about the whole thing for a while. Let's just say I didn't get the receiver.

I had an issue with eBay, where I was about to drop $2000 on a projo to find out it was a fraudulent posting. There are special terms on larger purchases where you can ask eBay/Paypal to hold the funds, until you receive the product. I never recieved the product, and I got my money back after about two months... eBay actually went and prosecuted after the poster who had been a long time eBay member.

Well I chose to buy the receiver from a vendor in N.Y. in hopes of saving a little on shipping. Apparently there are quite a few scams on Ebay from N.Y. vendors so be careful.
If you guys purchase anything from Ebay or any other online auction make sure you check to see how much the auction site covers you for. The receiver I paid for came up to $654 U.S. (I paid through Paypal thinking I would be compltely covered by them so there are some extra charges for their service), but on the auction page itself it states they cover the seller for "Up to $200 in buyer protection". For some reason I thought that if you paid through Paypal you were COMPLETELY covered but I was wrong and it's my own fault for not making sure.
Anyway the seller disappeared into oblivion and I ended up getting about half the money I paid in the auction from Paypal, which is better than the $200 I was technically covered for. Still I got burned for $340 U.S.
Like I said be careful and MAKE SURE you are completely covered before you buy.
