The favorite T800 is back but this time his face will be computer generated on an actor. Arnold was seen on the T4 set to give some voiceovers for the parts in the film that the T800 appears. This kind of worries me because I've never seen CGI that looks totaly human but maybe the way the scenes will be done will work.
This info was on IGN which I cannot access from work. I'll put a link on later when I get home.

Well, the T800 IS a robot. What worries me is that Mc ("Charlie's Angels") G will be directing.

That was my first worry as well John, but I've had directors surprise me before. Look at how well the Underworld director did with Die Hard 4. I thought DH4 was amazingly fun to watch. Not that Underworld was bad(I enjoyed it too). Just that the two movies are so different except for the gunplay,
The funny thing is that when I watched Charlies Angels Full Throttle I said to my friend "These freaking girls are terminators, nothing kills them" haha. You may remember them falling off of buildings and flying out of tumbling cars and right thru store windows only to continue fighting with Demi Moore, lol.

Wolvinator what they are doing was actually done in Gladiator. One of the actors in Gladiator died during filming so they used a double for some of scenes and super imposed his face onto the body, or something to that effect.

Oliver Reed suffered a fatal heart attack during filming. Some of his sequences had to be re-edited and a double, photographed in the shadows and with a 3D CGI mask of Reed's face, was used as a stand-in. The film is dedicated to his memory.

It was also done in Revenge of the Sith when the Emperor/Palpatine was having his lightsaber duel against Mace Windu but that looked horrible.
EDIT: In the pic above I believe that's really him, not the super imposed one. I just wanted to show you who the actor was.

Yeah, I noticed that the scene in Star Wars was messed up bad. That movie perplexed me because some things in it looked so amazing and others like the one you mentioned looked like crap. And that is from the best special affects company in the world. Remember the scene where Arnold puts his head back on in T3. That didn't look real. His hands although gloved looked cartoonish.

Totally agreed. One thing I'm looking forward to is seeing the Star Wars prequels in HD because they should look AMAZING.
Then again some of the scenes didn't look so good so they may look worse, unless of course George retouches them.
