As bad as this movie was I guess they are trying to trick people with the expensive multi disk sets, since I don't think they could have done anything but lost a fortune making this piece of crap

You know what guys, this movie PISSED me off big time. I was a huge X Files fan, and to say this is what the true fan wanted......... that's a heap of BULLSHIT. The whole love connection between Mulder and Scully, the I am a recluse since they shut me down, the whole religious/doctor mumbo jumbo. Shit, give me the black oil, the Lone Gumen, Agent Doggit (not gang banger Xzibit), bring back Smokey from the grave. I wanna see more alien conspiracy, I want all the loose strings attached. I want the X Files as I remembered it, not some LOVE story, swan song that made no sense to me.

WOW now that I got that off of my shoulders.

Alas, no fortune was lost. $30 mil production budget, worldwide gross $42 mil. If advertising costs were half of the budget, then we're looking at a shortfall of around $3 mil, give or take.

Factor in TV deals and the upcoming DVD's, not to mention any other ancillaries Fox was able to get into production and the movie will end up in the black...

It's just a feature length episode, that unfortunately, doesn't give you anything into the conspiracy theory. One thing is for sure, Scully looks GREAT, she looks hot and just sexy...I actually thought Xzibit would do a bad job here, but no, none of them did bad acting. His and the other agent's roles were underused, which I think was bad for the movie. But for me, it paid off, and specially the end credit scene...

Again, it wasn't a horrible movie, it was a good feature length episode of the X-Files...I want to believe there will be a sequel, PLEASE!...

Maybe 2012 with the invasion??

Well since it made money I would like them to pay me back for the two tickets I bought.

L.M.A.O. Terrible movie...just TERRIBLE. I not only want my money for the tickets back, i want my money for the corn, the soda, and the friggin sourpatch kids as well.

btw..yeah, i'd still do Scully...just because it's Scully. i'd also do Princess Leia, just because Han nailed her..and maybe her bro too? who knows.
