Yeah it still looks like a show for kids but I know I'll watch it because of the 6 yr old, REALLY!

Looks like the TV show is better than the movie...

In short, the TV series in my opinion is among the best Star Wars I have seen outside of the feature films and it is much better than the animated feature.

First the good news: "Clone Wars" -- the "Star Wars" animated series that amounts to an "interquel" between Episodes II and III -- is vastly superior to the advance theatrical movie. That's mostly because the half-hour episodes are so jam-packed with action the clunky dialogue flies by less obtrusively, and the irritating characters have less time to annoy.
