Wow, it was bad enough that I paid money to see this in the theater

And now the brains at Paramount...the people who stiffed me twice on my Jack Ryan HD-DVD set twice...are releasing this <poop> on Blu-ray?

I would have thought the sight of all those unsold HD-DVDs and SD-DVDs rotting in warehouses would prod Paramount into putting energy into other efforts

Most of the major studios are putting out their newest releases (good or bad from the past year or two) on BD. Yes, with so many great films in these studios' back catalogues, I'm sure we all wish they'd issue our favorites in high def, but I guess we'll have to be patient.
