She's not guilty of anything because the commission has no legal authority. They did find that she violated a state ethics law, but it's up to the legislature to actually decide if there is any legal action required, which I think is unlikely.
Still, it isn't a headline that will play well for Maverick Jr.

Besides, she didn't do anything wrong. Because she said so.

An Alaska ethics panel concluded Palin, abused her power as governor when firing a state official, her former brother-in-law. Reps can spin it however they like. It may not have been for money but she had a personal grudge. The woman is unethical.

No criminal charges recommended? No sanctions? What a worthless stupid toothless hit piece.
The media is completely biased in this whole election. I just can't wait for the whole thing to be over except for the fact that the capitalist country I fought for for 20+ years will slowly turn into a socialist one and it makes me sick.
I can't understand why Obama's policies are so great that movie stars are supporting him when THEY ARE THE ONES GETTING A TAX INCREASE according to his plan. It will be their wealth distributed to everyone else!?

And maye I give a shit about my country turning from a capitalist country to a socialist country...
Oh and you might be right...Maybe Hollywood actors do care about more than money. What was I thinking?
And if you think raising taxes on businesses that make over 250,000 isn't going to hurt YOUR wallet then you deserve to have Hussein in office.

Rush is proud of you today, but you forgot to mix in "elitist" so you won't win the daily prize.
