Ok, most of us have used streaming video of some sort or another(TV websites, Netflix, youtube). They have all looked like crap right? Well, recently I have been watching FRINGE on the FOX website. I don't know what the heck fox has done but the new quick download they give to watch their shows is phenomenal. I'm talking better than DVD close to HI DEF quality. Try it out on your bigscreen. I had no idea this was possible yet. My Pentium M 1.8 ghtz laptop handles it fine as long as I turn the video off on the laptop screen and use only the VGA connection on the back hooked up to my 58" TV.

Anyone else tried this yet? Let me know what you think. If I could freakin' rent videos of this clarity I would instead of going to the store. I just joined Netflix in preparation for the xbox/netflix deal so I'm hoping they have improved too.

I really can't wait to see how they do that on the 360 Wolvie. Whether it's just Gamertag integration or some other thing.

Probably be a Netflix icon to choose. Then i'm sure you will have to enter email and password like on Netflix and finaly it will open up into choice of movies to watch or give you a search bar.

Problem is that I looked at some video today on Netflix and it still looks like garbage. They havn't changed their streaming system. I'll make my final decision on whether to keep them or not in November when it's available on xbox.

... I feel like an indiot... I never thought of it like that! I was always thinking of something like Gamertag/Windows Live ID Integration.

THAT however makes MUCH more sense.

Okay so I was looking at the NetFlix Settings and Prefferences and noticeda link that said "Activate Netflix Ready Device".

So I opened it and basically you just punch in an activation code for a device that streams NetFlix. So... that's probably (hopefully) how the Xbox 360 will do it.

That would be even better. I hope it is that easy.

I've actually had great luck with it. My only complaint is that you can't view it on FireFox.
