We have since monitored and listen to your feedback and today we have updated the page with bug fixes and a new filter feature.

When I try to close a movie tab after having looked at/opened it, it doesn't close--just jumps you to the top the page. Then when you scroll down, they're still there, still open.

Annoying.

I ran into this bug, as well, and I only found it when using IE7. The page works fine in other browsers, so it appears to only be a bug issue in IE7. The staff is aware of it and should have it fixed soon.

Yes, it is a Internet Explorer bug and we are working on a solution to fix it.

However, until then you can use the ESC key to close windows. This works on all browsers.

Good to know. I was afraid this was as 'fixed' as it was going to get.

Thanks guys!

Like IE7 and Avant, Firefox is a free (and quick) download. Why don't more people have two or three browsers on their desktop that they can choose among, since the browsers are free?

. . . or the Avant browser, or Safari, or Opera, or Google Chrome or even the new Netscape which gives you the choice of running on a modified IE or Mozilla (Firefox) engine.

What's unfortunate about Firefox is it's main audience that loves it are the most techy, nerdy geeks on the planet. Last years study through the company I work for, and gathering our clinets information, IE is still about 78% of the market. What really sucks is of that 78% of our clients using IE, 99.9% are still using IE6 which is really a frustrating pain in the ass for us developers! It's just more fuel for me to hate Microsoft for it, and a bit of frustration towards my clients for being too damn lazy to upgrade to IE7, but don't think for a second that Firefox doesn't have its issues, as well.

Ive been having all kinds of problems trying to log on here the past few days. And i didn't get any banned notices in my mailbox either. I hit favorites..hit DVDTOWN message board (like i always have) and the comp. brings it up, but then everything just freezes. I then have to disconnect from the net, and try it all over again. And right now i am looking at the "done, but with errors on page sign" at the bottom of the screen. This is the only website in which i am having such problems. What is up? (rookie here)

If you keep having problems be sure to send an email to feedback@dvdtown.com

Preferable with browser and operating system details.

Timmay, you will be happy to know that I upgraded from IE6 to IE 8! It works great, but there is still a text issue with certain forums, where is wants to travel right with out boxing the data. This site is fine, but others are a nightmare! Oh well, that's what you get from a beta!

Reaggie is moving up in the world!
