As you know I also own both machines but besides Blu-ray playback I do not use my PS3.

As I see it the XBOX 360 has the PS3 beat in every category when it comes to games.

With a lot of exclusives in term of games (Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 to name just two) but also when it comes to exclusive downloadable expansion packs (Gran Theft Auto IV and Fallout 3 to name just two.) But it does not stop here. Playable demos and arcade titles are coming in by the numbers each week on XBOX with a lot fewer on PS3 and you can top that with roughly twice as many online gamers and a starting price that is much lower even if you consider you have to pay for XBOX Live Gold.

Indeed Henning.

i gotta say, i gave the ps3 a fare chance. said ill get it for bluray, if something amazes me I"ll game. but when players hit 200, I saw an $$ opurtunity. What I am is, still amazed with the way Live has been on the 360. The amount of players, from silly games like worms, Ages wing, and even the classic mortal kombat is crazy. let along the real games, even the non popular games have users logged on.

Coming soon is yet another dash update, bringin netflix streaming, better friend features (better? more? cool!) and OPTION to install games that might load alot. hmmm, im very satisfied. still red ring free, after 2 years. IM back gaming online, after not owning a system for yearssss.

PS3, bring on the update, even if is after 3 yrs. lol

anyhow, Off to pick up gears 2.

Streaming Netflix in HD on the xbox 360? Are you sure about that. I just quit Netflix because the streaming still looks like crap. Do you know something that the rest of us don't. If they will improve the streaming for xbox people then I will reinstate service.

Oh yeah, the other night I was playing GRAW 2 online. Still tons of people playing that surprisingly. Halo 3 is constantly slammed with people (but I'm thinking some have found ways to cheat on it -- just too many weird things happening with scoring and such).

Yes plenty of games still have tons of players. i guess theres a game for everyone. lol Halo Cheating? I think theres people that have no life, and are waaaay too coodinated exploiting the game issues to their advantage, specially against casual gamers. I say it because i play it often, is better when yo have a team of friends that know what their doing... if you follow me.

About the update, i think everyone already knows. here is the fastest link i could find.
