Yeah, because the URL path you pasted between the Img tags does not contain the image. On the web, images end with a ".jpg", ".gif" or a ".png", so your URL you pasted was missing the image file.

Here's what you pasted:

That just links us back to this thread and is not a link to an image.

Take notice on my image above ^^ -- right-click with your mouse and from the popout winder click on "poreties" (should be at bottom of popout menu). This will bring up a dialog winder where you can see information about the image. Look for one called "Address (URL)" and there you will see the URL path to my image.

Here's what it is:

http://www.visionragemedia.com/images/millaBond.jpg

Take notice at the very end of the path is the call to the actual image, "millaBond.jpg"

Yeah, as Tim explained above, you've got to "copy" the "image location" (or URL), and then insert that data between the "Img" tags provided by the site. It's really easy once you've done it right once. In fact, as many here know, it was Tim and Eddie who showed me how to do it right earlier this year near the end of of that "Beautiful Women of Star Trek" thread.
