Colossus: The FURBAR Project

One of the best Sci-Fi movies ever: “Colossus: The Foban Project” was recently released on DVD, but was ‘Modified to fit your screen…’ - or butchered that is, and released in a Pan & Scan/Full Frame version by Universal, of all people. They really F@#%ed this one up bad! I hope enough fans of this wonderful and slightly loopy doomsday classic try to give those idiotic weasels a simple lesson in contemporary economics and refuse to purchase this disc and demand a new widescreen re-issue. Maybe these Universal DVD guys should pay a visit to a BestBuy or Circuit City and see what the TV screens are starting to bear a resemblance to in size - garage doors! :@
