My sister adores both Six Feet Under and Sex and the City. I've heard extremely good things about John Adams. The Wire set is a good steal. Tell Me You Love me I highly recommend as long as you know there is no second season.

Just avoid John From Cincinnati. It's garbage of the nth degree.
