Has anyone here ordered from Amazon UK to Canada? I know that the last couple of times I ordered from DVD.CO.UK, I got nailed with customs/duty charges when my order arrived, and the same with Deep Discount from the U.S.. Amazon in the U.S. seems to be fine. There are a few region-free Blu Rays I want to pick up (including Goonies, Air Force One, Batman and Batman Returns (without Schumacher's travesties lumped in), and Equilibrium), but I don't want to end up paying another $20+ in fees when they get here.

I just ordered Batman a couple days ago and it has already shipped. Or as they say over there, "dispatched." Anyway, I can let you know, but it's just a single disc order so it'll probably get through unscathed anyhow.

Aren't the badman movies coming to Bluray in North America in the next couple of months?

I got my first order (Goonies and Air Force One on Blu), and no fees, so I put in another order. It came in under a week, too, which is great. I ordered Batman, Friday the 13th 2 and 3 (only on Blu in the UK, and apparently region-free), and JCVD (also region-free on Blu as of Feb. 9). I just hope that the info I've read that these pre-orders will be region-free is correct.
