The Return of the King EE!!! oh I am soooo happy! It is officially in 'My Collection' now and can't wait to see tonight. So... whos got their copy already?

I fell like Sagate about the bookends, It tipped over, it could not support the weight of the dvd leaning by it and the hand broke off. I stopped buying collector's sets from them, too fragile and weak.

What hostile words. Its his choice. But I love my copy and I have already sent out for my Minas Morgul and the crown that you get free. The Minas Tirith Environment is very cool but its too heavy for my glass shelves that I keep all of my Lord of the Rings stuff. Ineed sleep after watching so many special features and studing for finals with writing a paper on Arthur. Red Bull is my friend.

FUCKING PETER JACKSON SCREWED UP THE ENDING TO THE MOVIE AND LIED ABOUT FIXING IT, THAT STUPID FUCKING WHORE. WHERE IS THE BATTLE FOR THE SHIRE?!?!

As stupid as it may sound, I'm jealous! I'm dead broke until tomorrow. I know it's only one day... but still. ROTK MANIA!!!!

Moi, was there bright and early, got collateral also. Got home unwarapped it and my box was damaged big time so i had to take it back and get a new one and now its resting peacefully next to the other two on top of my dvd rack. The trilogy is now officially complete.

I won't get to see it until this Saturday. I'm inviting all my friends over to experience it in my home theater splendor. So... I feel it only fair to wait to see it with them.

I just got mine too! i preordered from bestbuy.com about 3 weeks ago, and I got it one day after release! (and thats with free shipping!). I watched 2 hours of extras today (planning to watch more tonight), and they are great! Instead of jumping around the extras, and not knowing what I have and haven't watched, like I did on the previous two releases, I put in disc 3 and started at the top. I think this is a much better way to watch the extras. I can't wait for my friends and I'se LOTR:EE marathon next monday!
