Lord of the Rings Return of the King Special Extended Edition DVD

Getting ready to submit a rebate for having prematurely purchased the initial release. Form requires proof of purchase tabs from the initial release and the box release. Looked all over the box, inside and out, and found no proof of purchase tabs? Any ideas as to where they might be? :@

There are no proof-of-purchase tabs on the "ROTK" Extended box itself, inside or out, or as part of the insert. However, there may have been such tabs on the informational paper blurb that came shrink-wrapped against the back of the box. However, I have since thrown it away, so I can't confirm it.

Maybe just check out the back of a box at the store; if you find the tabs there, plead ignorance in your rebate submission and hope that your receipt is enough.

Proof of purchase for the LOTR:ROTK EE is located on the back of the box. The information sheet which contains info about the disc has it. It is located on the top right section of the sheet. If you have thrown it, then you are out of luck.

The UPC was on the bottom of the box, otherwise I couldn't find a "proof of purchase"

Goto this site - - EXTERNAL LINK - Click on Where is the Proof of Purchase?. Scroll to the 2nd last image. That is where you will find POP.

In reading "John's" post, I still have the little piece of paper that was included just under the shrink wrap, and on that piece of paper I found the proofs of purchase.
