I don't feel the movie needs a remake, but considering it might end up with better CGI, it would be interesting to see. Plus, get rid of some of the corny crap like, "I got five kids to feed" or showing a girl with three boobs might help. The problem I have with the original is it seems to have a serious tone but is polluted by cheesy and cornball crap along for the ride. Nevertheless, it is a fun sci-fi to say the least.

A remake of Total Recall?

I've got to hand it to Hollywood. That's the best mindfuck yet.

C'mon, it's Ahnold's last good movie. Let it be.

They're also remaking The Never Ending Story which at first I rolled my eyes but then thought about it and if done right...especially with todays technology, could be a great movie.

I'm not sure why anyone would think "today's technology" is likely to improve any old sci-fi/fantasy films. I don't need to see everything turned into a glob of bouncing pixels.
