blu-ray software prices will remain relatively high, which will only encourage people to buy used discs or wait for big sales from amazon.com (such as the currently-promoted $11.99 and $14.99 titles).

With the simplified licensing - it will be interesting to see is Apple adds blu-ray to its consumer oriented Macs.
