Well, with that grill in there, I can see why it will probably remain a high priced item. I mean really, no other game console that I know of has an electric grill.

Thanks to 140 million owners, the PS2 was last year's most-played console, according to independant bean counters.

Playstation 2- 30.2%
Xbox 360-18.2%
Wii-13.5%
Xbox-9.1%
Playstation 3-7.7%
Gamecube-4.4%
Other-16.9%

Looking at the above stats. HOW SAD IS IT that the PS3 is beaten in numbers by the extinct XBOX. In fact, it's sandwiched between two dinosaur systems.

Now that's funny.

Not to worry, I'm sure a little book cooking will benefit the beast.

I was thinking the very same exact thing tyler and seeing that this thing is supposed to be the "trojan horse" of BD, and is currently the #1 Blu-ray player in the world...

EDIT:
Please see that the chart was about the most Played console and it was not about SALES. Still though...

Wasn't there a guy named skyhawk that used to post here that loved the PS3? Is he still around?

First off. "I am sorry skyhawk, for losing my cool. I should have just kept my kneejerk reaction to myself....peace?"

I love the PS3. It has brought me nothing but joy, however I am not a slave to the machine. (aka fanboy). I will always relay my opinions based on personal USE of any device that I may own. As you can see by the graph posted above 140 million souls now own a PS2 and play it more than any other console in the world. SOMETHING was obviously going right for sony and THAT machine....what happened? I own all three of the last gen consoles and always prefered the Xbox version of games if available because of the controller and the ability for custom soundtracks. I was so happy with the last gen. machines that I really didnt see a need for the current crop to come out when they did. Damn...i'm losing my train of thought. sip.

Oh yeah...

"To root for the PS3's demise is the same as rooting for the DEATH of Blu-ray."

GO BUCKS!
