Just wanted to remind our users that Microsoft has released the full version of Internet Explorer 8.

So, be sure to upgrade your browser especially if you use Internet Explorer 6. You will get improvements all around including speed, security and many web sites will look much better.

I really need to give Chrome a little bit more of a chance. My first impression of it wasn't spectacular. It felt too simplistic to me.

I've been using Explorer 8 and it is quite impressive. Chrome was too barebones to be an effective browser. Many of the sites I went to wouldn't work correctly with Chrome.

i think ie8 works great.
there's also a feature that enables the browser to run in ie7 mode automatically in case a webpage looks broken.

I have to say, i've been using firefox for many years now, and i was quite happy with it until late versions of 2.0 and more recently ver 3.0. It chews up my resources when im browsing with it and the entire system gets choppy and slow when im viewing multiple pages with intense content.

On the other hand, even with ie7, things just worked fine and it came to my attention that IE renders text better.

Yes, it is great to see Microsoft finally catching up with the competition.

I thought I was the only one that had problems when using Firefox, the way it uses a lot of resources...it makes my Zune slower than usual...
