Looks like Henning added new features in the mytown section of the website. You can add friends now and send messages through your inbox in the dashboard. I tested it with other DVDtown users and it works great. Thanks Henning !

Yes, the personal message function works very well. You have to know the name or the alias of the person you want to contact, which means probably they have to have posted at the Message Board to know them. Then the person you contact has to OK you as a "friend." Once that's done, you can communicate with the person all you want (or all the other person can stand. )

Anyway, I hope our DVDTOWN members get to know one another better through this new service.

Like direct quotes. Basically instead of having to copy/paste, just having a quote box... like most other forums.

I think Henning was saying we can already do that, just as he directly quoted somebody without cutting and pasting. What he didn't say was how we do it.
