I Recently found these podcasts produced by the "Creative Screenwriting" magazine. They basically have screenings of recent films, and then call the writer on stage and talk about the process. It's very interesting to hear for aspiring writers/filmmakers but also for movie buffs. These guys are fun to listen to and go deep behind the movie, discussing production issues, career and anecdotes about their films.

I Would definately recommend the episode on "Valkyrie" and "Benjamin Button"
